Nestled in between Laurelhurst and Magnuson Park, Windermere is an exclusive low density luxury community boasting many lake views and Lake Washington waterfront homes. Yet the pinnacle of this community is it’s premier five acre beach club complete with sandy beaches, boat launches and tennis courts. Best of all, it is deeded with every Windermere home.
For more information about Windermere, please continue to check our blog. Thanks!

Hope things are going well. Anyone anxious to go to a job fair? Although this isn’t quite in the 98105 zip code, I bet it won’t make much of a difference for you guys to go north a few blocks. From a communication by Seattle Parks and Recreation, I understand that there will be a Construction Career Day at Magnuson Park from September 29 to October 1. Mark your calendars if you want heads up about the construction industry and perhaps even get a job in this high demand and growing field. As the economy is recovering, there will be a strong need for construction people of all sorts and best of all, many of these positions are affiliated with unions, pay well and have lots of good benefits.
Now that I have told you the what, now are the more important facts:
Where: Magnuson Park Workshop 30, Hangar 30 and park at large
When: 8am to 2pm
Come check it out and wish you the best of luck with all your career dreams.
